Computer Service Rates
Drop off computer tower at locations-Christy's Stitchery or Hawkeye's Computer Service... 40.00/hr an extra *25.00/hr after first hr
House Call Residential/during business hrs…45.00/hr an extra *25.00/hr after the first hr
House Call Business/during business hrs…...55.00/hr an extra *25.00/hr after the first hr
House Call Residential/after business hrs…55.00/hr
House Call Business/after business hrs…65.00/hr
*Most house calls can be fixed within one hr, Normal Business Hrs are Mon,Tues,Thurs,Fri 10am-6pm,Wed 1pm-5pm
Base Rate covers analysis of computer problem and solution to the problem and fixing the problem without replacing any hardware or software.
If your computer requires hardware or software replacement the cost is covered by the customer and additional charges may apply for installation.
Networking Rates
Residential Home Networking Setup…50.00 for 2 computers set up…20.00 for each additional computer on your network. Customer supplies the wireless router or I can purchase based on what your needs are and add it to your bill.
Business Network Setup…75.00 for first 2 computers and 35.00 for each additional computer on your network. Customer supplies the wireless router or I can purchase based on what your company needs and add it to your bill.
*All other networking services will be priced based on what your needs are….
Virus/Malware/Spyware Cleanse
I will clean your computer from viruses or malware for a base price of 50.00 per machine.
*If infected computer can not be cleaned properly will advise customer of next possible solution.
Hardware Replacement/Installation
Base Rate for replacing any hardware is 25.00 with the only exception to hard drives.
Hard Drives require setting up and the cost will be 50.00 to set up for a total of 75.00.
If the customer doesn’t have the Operating System Disk they will also be required to purchase a copy of the Operating System of choice such as…Windows XP or Window Vista, depending on the type of system you have.
Software Installations
Base Rate for Software Installations is 25.00 per program. Installation is the only thing covered, if you are not familiar with the software being installed, then, depending on the software, there will be an additional charge for educating. To be determined at the time of installation.
Computer Concepts Training
I am certified to teach you how to use your computer efficiently and knowingly. If you are a person that does not know how to go to your computer and do what it is you want to do, then I can help you solve that problem with a class on your specific problems.
I charge a base rate of 25.00 an hr to teach you specific instructions. The type of classes will be determined during the interview for the class. Please call now to set up an appointment today.

Have you ever bought a computer and did not have a clue on how to get it setup. Well I can do a basic set up of your new computer for a base rate of 45.00.
Web Page Building
If you are looking to create your own web page to show off some of your personal pictures or just to tell who you are or maybe you want to start a new business or are affiliated with an organization that needs a web page. I can create a web page for your specific needs through an online host site.
I charge a base rate of 150.00 to set up your site and 30.00/month to keep up to 4 pages updated. There will also be an additional fee for your domain name that is due annually once purchased, they run from 10.00-25.00 depending on where it is purchased.
